A lot of us took the struts completely apart and JB welded the lower and upper parts of the struts, along with the set screws.

While adjusting my rudder push rod metal clevis, the pin that connects to the horn broke loose and fell to the floor. It happened really easy, I soldered it back on, but made me go through and check...

I used thin CA with applicator tips and accelerator spray. taking my time and working small areas turn out great, but not the easiest thingI'vedone. just don't get in a hurry .

I used the decals supplied except for the letter 4 that went on the wing, it is to small, not the correct size and just looked stupid. So am having a guy in our club make the Correct size 4 from...

Yes, I fly mine with a OS 91 4 stroke. Perfect for this plane. You will love the skybolt, flys great, I love it

Mine is the same ,unless someone has another idea I quess I will put some clear chafe tape to keep from scratching or rubbing a grove.

believe me I want to do whatever will work, I have already welded a large area washer to the bolt haed and secured it to the forks by screws( photo shown om page 19) but have not done anything else...

I bought dubro 4.5 inflatable wheels and found them to be heavy around 8 oz each , so im going to look around at other wheels, differant wheels, any suggestions?

I agree, i think this problem has to be solved, after reading this forum from page 1,the forks turning on landings seems to be one of the major problems .<div>I'm looking to fly my plane by may.</div>

Before I welded a washer on the nut and secured it to the fork as posted earlier on this page, I was able to rotate the fork all the way around so now I'm wondering just how strong the<span...

Here is how i modified my Struts to keep from turning. I got a large surface washer, had a friend of mine spot weld it to the nut ,then drilled and installed 2 1/8 screws with nuts. see...
