Chuck, My RTC Hellcat has the same pushrod...

Chuck,
My RTC Hellcat has the same pushrod binding issue for both elevators and the rudder. Did you cut a slot behind where the pushrod tub exits the fuselage?

I had problem with the elevator pushrods on mine. The last little bit of the installed guide tubes did not line up with the horn location and the friction was way too much. I had to cut a slot...
